I’ve had my Strongboard Balance for over a year now. I’m constantly thinking about how I can work it into some of the routine exercises that I do. First, it makes it more fun for me by keeping the challenge going. Secondly, the Strongboard amplifies every exercise by continuously forcing stability while you’re engaging in that movement.

The folks over at Strongboard (www.strongboardbalance.com) do an excellent job of sending out an “Exercise of the Day” so be sure to sign up for the email blasts or follow them on their social channels. You’re simply not going to run out of ideas and as you become more familiar with it you’ll be making up your own.
