When someone tells you that you’re just “making an excuse.” It isn’t exactly inspiring. In fact, it’s deflating to hear that when you’ve really been struggling. It’s okay to have reasons for your struggle. It’s okay to have a reason that’s not an excuse, for why it’s been hard to be consistent. Start acknowledging what your reasons are so that you can make a plan for overcoming what you need to in order to get yourself back on track!
