Once you hit 40, it’s a lot harder to fake being Once you hit 40, it’s a lot harder to fake being “fit”. Certain body types or people who genetically have more muscle mass, can seem to look the part when some of them haven’t spent a day in the gym. As we age, there becomes a fast separation from those who practiced discipline over the years including, strength, posture, avoiding injuries and aches and pains, and a more youthful physique. We don’t have to succumb or default to the norm of what time does to our bodies. I’ve seen a lot of women in their 30’s laugh off the changes that come with age but in your 40’s when it really starts getting in the way of life, it can be so detrimental. The good news?
